Refund Processing

All SpeakHalo payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited for non-US buyers, Paddle.com Inc for US buyers), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refund disbursement on our behalf. When we approve a refund, Paddle processes it through their payment infrastructure.

EU/UK Withdrawal Right

If you are based in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum and applies to all payments.

What Happens After Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You retain full access to all paid features until the billing period ends.

You can request a refund within 30 days of your most recent payment.

After the billing period ends your account will be downgraded.
